Arista Austin was founded in 1997 as a vehicle for Austin and San Antonio area acts that did not fit the Latin themes of Arista Texas (later Arista Latin). The label was in operation for only three years. It was closed on June 15, 2000.
All albums on the label used Arista’s standard numbering sequence of the time.
