Arista Records Album Discography, Part 17: Career Records
Career Records was formed by Arista Records’ Nashville division in 1995 as a vehicle for singer-songwriter-driven country albums. It had three artists on its roster: Brett James, a young singer-songwriter, Lee Roy Parnell, who was brought over from the parent label, and Tammy Graham, a singer from Las Vegas. However, it proved to be financially underwhelming, and was folded in 1997 after issuing at least twelve singles and four albums.
The label’s albums were part of Arista’s regular numbering sequence.
