Stolat was a classical label known for releasing recordings imported from southern and eastern Europe. It was distributed by Arista Records and served as that company’s de facto classical arm. The label’s name was derived from a traditional Polish song that stands for good wishes, good health and a long life for an individual. The label was in operation from 1981 to 1982.

Most of the covers used by Stolat had long boxes at the center and bottom, with a half-parallelogram containing text relevant to the recording. A few exceptions are noted within the discography. The Stolat label was green with black print, with text at the bottom reading “MANUFACTURED & DISTRIBUTED BY ARISTA RECORDS, INC.”
